Attention, this collection does not concern the co-ownerships and the managing agents who are responsible for organizing the collection of the bulky waste of their residents.

No, no vegetables collection is organized on the territory of SICTOM.
Private individuals have to bring themselves vegetables to the waste reception center. However, SICTOM proposes the free loan of a vehicle to evacuate vegetables.

When the collection should occur on an public holiday, is there a substitution collection?
No collection takes place on public holiday.
You must anticipate and not omit to present your household refuse bin or your yellow bin to the previous collection.
In Portiragnes-Plage and in Vias-Plage:
- From June 1st to September 30th, the household waste is collected every day, including public holiday.
- From spring break to May 31st: the household waste is collected six days a week including public holiday.
In Agde:
- Collection every public holiday all the year long except Christmas (December 25th) and New Year’s Day (January 1st).
Where can be found the collective containers for voluntary deposits of glass in my commune?
Where shall I bring my rubbles?
Private individuals can bring their rubbles in all the waste reception centers of the territory, free of charge.
For professionals, this service is not free, thus they have to become identified beforehand with the SICTOM services to obtain a badge which will allow them to leave their rubbles in the waste reception centers welcoming professionals.
Where shall I bring my worn syringes?
SICTOM did not set up any plan of action for the care waste collection.
Consequently, according to the law n°2008-1425 of December 27th, 2008, article 30, in the absence of plan of specific collection, pharmacies, pharmacies with internal use and laboratories of medical biology are obliged to collect free of charge the waste of care activities at infectious risks produced by the patients in auto-treatment, when brought by private individuals.
