Intermunicipal Charter of the yellow bin
I – Property
The yellow bins are bought by the SICTOM Pézenas-Agde, which puts them at the users’ disposal.
In case of rental, the owner of the accommodation has to maintain the use of the bin and has to take it into account in the inventory of fixtures of the accommodation.
The container remains attached to the house and does not accompany the tenant in its move.
II – Attribution
Every home receives free of charge a container on which appears, from reception, the address of the accommodation (on a special sticker). So that our agents can follow and manage more easily containers, these are fitted out with microchips.
The container must be stored inside the house and presented the day before the day of collection to the point of grouping the nearest of your place of residence, from 8:00 pm, then brought in, as fast as possible after collection. He has to stay on no account on the public highway.
The cleaning of the bin is chargeable to the user.
The disappeared or damaged containers will be replaced by the SICTOM Pézenas-Agde at the user’s expense.
This container is intended only to collect the recyclable domestic packaging (cardboards, metallic packaging, plastic bottles and cans as well as papers, newspapers, magazines…..)
These packaging must be thrown away loose in the yellow bin, emptied of any contents, clean and drained. Cautionl! The content of your yellow bin can be refused if the sorting orders are not respected. Are prohibited: soiled packaging, polystyrene, glass, flowerpots... In that case, a sorting ambassador will get in touch with you, to remind you of the various sorting orders.

This garbage can is intended only to collect the household refuse and packaging which are not accepted in the yellow bin (non-recyclable and soiled).
The waste set down in these containers must be placed in bags. Other household waste: green waste, bulky waste, rubbles, toxic products must be brought to the waste reception center the nearest of your place of residence.
